Defile Flesh+Lingering curse=stack?
Okay so I've got a few questions.
For those of you that don't know lingering curse makes the target recieve only half from healing (and it strips enchantments) and defile flesh makes them revieve 2/3rds from healing. 1. So my first question is do they stack? 2. My second is, if they do, how do they stack? Do they stack like 1/2+2/3=5/6 for receiving only 1/6 from healing OR and probably more likely 1/2 of 2/3=1/3 received from healing. 3. Then after all of that does divine favor get effected by any of this? Thanks. |

It might depend on which one you put on first, or they just might not stack.
Divine Favor probably doesn't get affected as it isn't a spell (Keep in mind that I am just guessing) |

Max healing debuff stack is 66% as far as I remember. Defile Flesh is incredibly good because it will hit every single piece of healing.
***Note*** It's been a while since I've tested the validity of these numbers, proceed with caution Check it like this: A DF/HP monk with a 12 in both attributes cast Orison of Healing while under Divine Boon. So the target will be healed for 60 Hp(Ooh)+61HP(DB)+36(DF bonus) for a total of 157 HP. Now lets put them under Defile Flesh. What DF, LC and Deep Wounds do is attack each piece of healing seperately. So it'll be 1/3(60)+1/3(61)+1/3(36)=20+20+12 lost HP from the previous figure, which is 52HP. Which meas that a 157 point heal gets turned into a 105 point heal. with LC it's of course even bigger: 1/2(60)+1/2(61)+1/2(36)=30+30+18 lost hp which is now 78 HP off. Which sends it down to 79 HP, just barely healing over the original Orison of Healing. Lastly at a max loss: 2/3(60)+2/3(61)+2/3(36)=40+40+24 is a whopping 104 HP loss. Which means that 157 point heal gets slammed down 53HP, and returns less than the original OoH. |
